How many questions do you think we ask and answer on any given day?

Would you believe psychologists and psychiatrists Have studied this? On average, we ask and answer nearly 35,000 questions every day. Thanks to our mobile devices, this is up about 15,000 from a decade ago.

Questions can change our lives. Psychologists and doctors who study the mind have found that we ask and answer about 35,000 questions each day. That's a lot! And it's even more than it used to be, thanks to our phones and tablets. These questions we ask ourselves every day can shape how we think and what we do. Here are three important questions to think about:

  1. What am I here for?                                                                                                                    This question helps us think about what we care about and what we want to do with our lives. Knowing our purpose can make us feel happy and satisfied.

  2. Am I being true to myself?                                                                                                        This question is about being honest with who we are, even if it's different from what other people expect. Being true to ourselves helps us feel good about who we are.

  3. What do I want to leave behind?                                                                                              This question makes us think about the mark we want to leave on the world. It's about the things we do that make a difference and make us proud.

By asking ourselves these important questions, we can learn more about ourselves and live a life that feels meaningful and true to who we are.

Here is a short story :

Once upon a time in a small village in India, there lived a young girl named Maya. Maya was known for her curious nature and her love for exploring the lush forests surrounding the village.

One sunny morning, Maya ventured deeper into the forest than she had ever gone before. As she walked among the towering trees and chirping birds, she stumbled upon an ancient tree with intricate carvings on its bark. Intrigued, Maya approached the tree and ran her fingers along its surface, feeling a strange energy emanating from within.

Suddenly, a voice echoed from the depths of the forest, "Who seeks the wisdom of the ancient tree?"

Startled but undeterred, Maya replied, "It is I, Maya. I seek knowledge and guidance."

Impressed by Maya's courage, the ancient tree began to share its wisdom. It spoke of the interconnectedness of all living beings and the importance of living in harmony with nature. It shared tales of bravery and resilience, inspiring Maya to embrace her inner strength.

As the sun began to set, Maya bid farewell to the ancient tree, feeling a newfound sense of purpose and determination. She returned to the village with a heart full of wisdom and a desire to make a positive difference in the world.

From that day forward, Maya dedicated herself to protecting the forest and its inhabitants, becoming a beacon of hope for her community. And though her journey was just beginning, Maya knew that with each step she took, she was one step closer to fulfilling her destiny and leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come.
